our La Jolla Location is located at 2222 Avenida De La Playa in La Jolla, Ca. Look for our signature RED AWNING above our front window! We are on the right hand side (north side) of the 2nd block, when traveling west on Avenida De La Playa.
Look for 2222! Please be sure you check into the correct address, as there are multiple kayak shops in the area! If there is no red awning above the front window, you're in the wrong place! There is a grassy park across the street from us, and we are located on the north side of the street! Be sure to check into the correct street address!

From I-5 Southbound: (from Los Angeles area)
• I-5 south
• Exit La Jolla Village Drive and go west (right turn).
• This turns into Torrey Pines Road.
• Turn Left onto La Jolla Shores Dr.
• Turn Right onto Avenida de la Playa.
• Go west one and a half blocks to 2222; our shop is on the RIGHT hand side of the 2nd block. Look for the RED AWNING on the right hand side of the 2nd block.

From I-5 Northbound: (from Downtown San Diego)
• I-5 North
• Exit La Jolla Parkway and go west
• La Jolla Parkway merges with Torrey Pines Rd. (stay straight)
• Turn Right onto La Jolla Shores Dr.
• Turn Left onto Avenida de la Playa.
• Go west one and a half blocks to 2222; shop is on the RIGHT hand side. Look for the RED AWNING on the right hand side of the 2nd block.

From the Downtown La Jolla area:
• Take Prospect St. northeast toward Torrey Pines Rd.
• Left turn onto Torrey Pines Rd. (north)
• Left onto La Jolla Shores Dr.
• Turn Left onto Avenida de la Playa.
• Go west one and a half blocks to 2222; shop is on the RIGHT hand side. Look for the RED AWNING on the right hand side of the 2nd block.

From Mission Valley, La Mesa, El Cajon and East County San Diego:
• Take I-8 West to I-5 North
• Then, follow "From I-5 Northbound" directions.
From Escondido area and Riverside County:
• Take I-15 South to 163 South.
• Take 163 South less than one mile and merge onto 52 West.
• Continue west on 52
• Follow signs to exit La Jolla Parkway
• La Jolla Parkway merges with Torrey Pines Rd. (stay straight)
• Turn Right onto La Jolla Shores Dr.
• Turn Left onto Avenida de la Playa.

• Go West on La Jolla Village Dr.

• Take Garnet going west to Mission Blvd.
• Go North on Mission Blvd.
• Slight left onto La Jolla Blvd, traveling north.
• Turn right onto Pearl
• Turn left onto Girard
• Turn right onto Torrey Pines.
• Turn left onto La Jolla Shores Dr.
• Turn Left onto Avenida de la Playa.
• Go west one and a half blocks to 2222; shop is on the RIGHT hand side. Look for the RED AWNING on the right hand side of the 2nd block.

• Take 52 West

Parking is available all day at Ferry Landing or along the residential streets nearby the parking lot, or in limited increments along the commercial corridor. Our amenities include a restroom facility, changing rooms, and individual complimentary lockers for our guests.
